Return & Refund Policy
At Amoghh Assure, we are committed to delivering high-quality Ayurvedic products and ensuring your complete satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or tampered at the time of delivery.
- The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item or wrong quantity).
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
- Products returned without original packaging, labels, or invoice.
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer (unless defective).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at amoghhassure@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with further instructions.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected by our team:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If the return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
- If the product has been used or is not in its original condition.
- If the damage is caused by misuse, negligence, or improper storage by the customer.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at amoghhassure@gmail.com or call our customer support.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Shipping Charges on Returns
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
